  • Susan, I bought health insurance through you years ago while I lived in Texas, and I am looking at moving back. I want to find out about getting health insurance for my family now. I remember you took good care of me before, so I appreciate your advice on this.


  • Susan, I did call Barbara back as soon as I got home and answered all the questions...(it was refreshing to talk to her after talking to my insurance co. in the past). I called the insurance company again this afternoon and mailed them a 'notice of termination' and also informed them online of my intention to cancel the policy and the reasoning behind it. And as an observation, I want to commend you for your prompt service. In these times of bad service from major big corporations this is outstanding. You probably know how I feel.   • Hi Susan, It was so nice to speak with you yesterday. Bryan always speaks so highly of you and now I can see why. I wanted to follow up with you on the insurance items. I have not yet had a chance to contact Mike’s Cobra provider but will do so next week. It seems that once a person reaches mid to late 50's, one is almost in what might be termed: "No man's insurance land"! I found it refreshing to deal with you directly on the phone in lieu of a 1-800-type of so-called "trained representative'. The bottom line Susan is that you were able to offer me an affordable insurance solution, not more problems like those big 1-800-type impersonal insurance guys!

  • Hi Susan, Hope everthing is going great for you and your family. Blanca and I were visiting last night about all our insurance coverage and she had mentioned we may need to get with you regarding making some changes in our coverage. I have received current information from medicare and health net regarding 2009 coverage. I haven't read all of it yet, but wanted to find out if we are going to need to visit with you before the 11/28/08 deadline. Please let me know when you have the time what if anything we need to get done on our present insurance coverage. Thanks for all the help you have provided to us in preparing for my retirement.

  • Thank you for your help. Your guidance has been invaluable. I will want to get the 20 year, $1 million policy, but need to talk to my lawyer first. I also want one of the health plans we discussed. Lets plan on moving forward with them on November 20th. I will definitely be referring you to others.
